Announcement 

IADAT-e2004  Organizing  Committee  would  like to  sincerely  thank  all  the authors  (355 coming  from  24  countries)  and  participants  in  the  last   International  Conference on Education  for their contributions and we also want acknowledge the contributions made to IADAT Journal of  Advanced Technology that will be published by the beggining of October.

We would also like to take this oppportunity to let you know that the IADAT-tcn2004 Conference  is organized by the International Association for the Development of Advances in  Technology - IADAT.  The IADAT-tcn2004 Conference will be  focused  on  "Innovation, Technology  and  Research  in  Telecommunications Systems  and  Computer Networks". The  first  International  Conference on Telecommunications and  Network Computers  will  be  held  from  December,  1st to 3rd, 2004;  at  the Miramar  Palace  (Congress Palace) placed  in  San Sebastian (Spain), know as  "The Pearl Of the Cantabrian Sea".
